Naturescapes is an exploration of environmental sound translated into motion. Using p5.js, I built a series of audio-reactive particle systems driven by recordings from different natural landscapes, including desert, rainforest, marshland, ocean, and volcanic environments. Variations in amplitude and frequency shape the movement, density, and turbulence of particles, allowing each soundscape to produce a distinct visual behavior.
